My Trip to Disney World, Florida

I was so shocked on one fine Tuesday when I came to know that I was going to.....Disney World! What a surprise given by my Dad. I was so happy that I can't tell you. I mean I've been to Water parks, Six Flag, and more, but Disney World is so much different.
So when we got there we went to a hotel and slept for the night. The next bright and sunny day we set of for The HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS in Disney World, it was amazing! My favorite thing to do was to see the Parade. There was a huge Mickey's hat and we got several pictures clicked there. It looked magnificent.

Second day was planned for THE MAGIC KINGDOM. As the name suggests everything was magical and amazing. Right from the peter pan ride, the carousel of progress, buzz light year ride, and the magical carpets of Aladdin, all were fantastic. It was fun to walk on the Main Street USA along with my parents, especially loved the view of the grand Castle.
As the night approached the place looked more beautiful. Towards the finale there was a movie show on the castle with the fireworks in the background. We took a peek inside the castle too. Everything was grand; I would remember it forever. We were tired and exhausted after a long day there. Lying on bed I was already thinking about my next day.

It was at ANIMAL KINGDOM. As we entered we caught sight of a parade. There were monkeys, chipmunks, bears and birds. Blazing with fear I went into the Dinosaur ride. I experienced asteroids coming down at us, all species of dinosaurs pouncing from everywhere to make us their meal. It was scary but fun. Next on our to–do list was to see the Lion- King show.
In the show was a man who balanced fire on a stick with bare feet. I wonder how he did not get hurt. It was a magnificent show with music and dance.
Then we headed towards Expedition Everest. Dad and I took this rollercoaster ride up the Himalayas; there we came face to face with the world’s biggest monster the YETI. What a Finale to the day!

Last day was here and we had saved best for last. EPCOT PARK. This had everything from the real world. My favorite ride was Sorain’. It was an amazing Para gliding across USA. Out of the world, we loved it so much. Another great not to miss ride was Test Track. This car ride speeding through the track went into brake test and extreme weather test, finally taking us at a speed of 160m/hr. Zoom zoommmmm we went around.
Epcot had everything about how history of communication; how writing was invented, how we learnt to read, invention of telephone, TV computers etc.
Then we saw glimpse of many countries of the world. Mexico, China, Japan, Paris, Germany, Italy, Norway, Canada, Morocco, United Kingdom.
In Mexico we took a wonderful boat ride and saw their heritage. It was colorful and entertaining. In the streets of Germany I assisted the clown for a show. We saw the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and the Vikings in Norway. Not to miss Aladdin and Jasmine in Morocco. I had a wonderful time there.

My trip to Disney was a memorable experience; it will stay in my heart and mind forever. Big thanks to my Dad and Mom for such a wonderful/super exciting trip.

“Together We Can”

A  Message of Teamwork and Friendship

"Together we can do a chore,

Together we can do more.

Together we can brush and mop,

Together we can clean slop.

Together we can save the Earth,

Together we know what it’s worth.

Together we can be a team,

Together we can go green.

Together we can discover,

Together we can help each other."

Book Review -"Five on a Treasure Island"

The story is all about four kids and one dog "The Five", who think they might have found treasure. Here's how their hunt for treasure begins. At Kirrin Bay, a shipwreck surfaces!!! The Five explore this ship wreck and find a locked box, which they think might lead them to treasure.  They try to open it by going to their house roof and dropping it down and ....Wala !!!!!!!
They find a treasure map in the Box.
Unfortunately, their uncle spots them and takes the box and tells them that children shouldn’t "play" with it. He said it might be serious.
Then one fine day, their uncle tells them that he sold the box for a fantastic price. He did not even check what was in the box. (He was a very poor man). The children think it is a very low price...

So what happens next..???  Figure out yourself as I hate to ruin a mystery book's mystery.

Enjoy reading this book by Enid Blyton.
